Doubleclicking words at the end of a line

When I double click a word at the end of a line to highlight it, the timestamp next to it is also automatically highlighted.

To reproduce: double click on a word at the end of a line with a timestamp to its right. I think the word has to end without a full stop (period).

The timestamp is considered part of the last ‘word’ of the message, which may be empty is the message ends with some word separator. This also affects word wrapping.
