[Feature] Hide multiple users with same account name & same display name #84

Example:

I log in on my desktop to my account. I log in on my mobile to my account. On both platforms I go to the same room. Instead of showing two "qaisjp" users, only one will show (as long as both users are logged into the same account and share the same display name).
