add Heikes HALO UNIFIED dataset. #23

Hi, I added Heike Konow's HALO UNIFIED dataset to the catalog. The dataset comprises regridded (and interpolated ?) HAMP measurements, dropsondes, and aircraft position data. The individual datasets shall be accessible via cat.halo.UNIFIED.

There's a reference to UNIFIED BAHAMAS data at cat.halo.bahamas. This reference links to an older version of the dataset and uses old-style name (without flight-ids). I'd suggest to remove these references within this PR.

Uuuups, I agree. I took out the old references to the outdated UNIFIED datasets in cat.halo.bahamas

@tmieslinger As #25 is now merged, can you merge the current master back into your branch and resolve the conflicts?
