This PR includes improvements for the generation of a PDF version of the book.
In particular, it changes the book's format to jb-book, which is likely more appropriate than jb-article and generates a better table of contents in PDF.
Furthermore, the book's title page is slightly customized to include the logo and an copyright statement.
I've included the license information (from file LICENSE) into the intro section.
This is for two reasons:
Copernicus doesn't want to accept PDF files without license information as a supplement
The (our) license actually states that it must be included in reproductions of the work, so it kind of must end up somewhere in the HTML or PDF versions of the book.
Are there objections against including it at the bottom of the intro section?
