update GitHub actions to use new Node16 (fixes #90)
reduces execution time of icon_les.md by dropping ICON-SRM simulations (which are not yet finally uploaded anyway)
drops loading data from IPFS in some instances, particularly in cloudmasks.md where it increases significantly execution time
drops the statistical overview section in cloudmasks.md as this needs to load all datasets in its entirety and currently takes too much execution time for the CI to succeed. It prevents us to merge additional PRs that are blocked because of a timeout of this notebookDeactive statistical overview section in cloudmasks.md and include output statically.
