Added NGinx config.

Hi,

This pull request applies to the master branch where version 4 of symfony is used. In this version of symfony, the files app.php, app_dev.php and app_admin.php no longer exist, they are replaced by index.php and admin.php

In addition, the size of the Nginx section is too large compared to the overall size of the README. Can you keep only the part of the NGinx configuration that allows to replace the directives of the .htaccess file?
