Problem using git pull #5

When I use git pull and then I try to modify ArgoMED_pcm.ipynb I can not see Visualisation part in my local jupyter-lab. Could you check if ypu have the same problem?

Maybe github do not like jupyter notebooks: https://docs.github.com/en/github/managing-files-in-a-repository/working-with-jupyter-notebook-files-on-github

Maybe de problem is in Marine Environmental Indicators Jupyter-lab: I developped a notebook there, I downloaded it and I tryed to run it in local and I had the same problem: I could'nt see visualisation part

I had the same issue. Perhaps due to a different version of jupyter on BlueCloud VRE, I don't know. The github repo should remain the true reference for all the notebooks & codes. Note : I couldn't clone the repo from BlueCloud Virtual Env (some mount/NFS issues). I had to download the repo and upload the files to VRE.
