The primary Argo doi is "10.17882/42182" and referred to as:
Argo floats data and metadata from Global Data Assembly Centre (Argo GDAC), http://doi.org/10.17882/42182
But Argo has also a (dynamical) DOI for each monthly snapshot of the database.
This is a great tool to properly cite the Argo dataset and make sure science/results are reproducible.
But it may be difficult to find and/or access the most appropriate DOI given a date, or vice versa

add a helper class to find a DOI given a date, and get the date from a DOI
