Great @apswong ! Would you like us to prepare a list of all Argo QC tools available on @euroargodev ?
Hi @gmaze. There are many repos on euroargodev. Not all of them are QC tools, but they are all useful in some aspect. I was planning to simply mention euroargodev, and then let people browse the repos themselves. But if you think highlighting a few QC tools on euroargodev is useful, then please select a few examples and I will highlight them. Thanks!
Hi @apswong and @gmaze, I think an easy way to tackle this is to use the "Topics" in each repository description to tag the repositories that are useful for this purpose with the topic "dmqc". Once the repository owners has done this (see here https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/managing-your-repositorys-settings-and-features/customizing-your-repository/classifying-your-repository-with-topics#about-topics), all repositories will be easily found here https://github.com/search?q=topic%3Admqc+org%3Aeuroargodev&type=Repositories Off course we can also provide a short description for the "highlights" so they can be included in the manual :)
@imab4bsh fully agreed, this is what I had in mind with the labels: dmqc
and quality-control
We could easily go through all euroargodev repository and make sure appropriate codes are labelled correctly
Combined with the argo
label, this could even be searched for at the full github level.
@gmaze I'd like to suggest 2 labels: rtqc and dmqc. Thank you!
@gmaze can we do this from an organization level or each repo owner has to do it themselves? I am kind of sure I did not tag one of my repos that is full with topics, so I am guessing it was you :)

As admin I can do it on all repo, so I can give a scan and add the labels But as a good practice within @euroargodev/all code managers should properly label their repo and we should give them a list of keywords to choose from
@apswong when are you planning to release the new version of the Argo QC manual?
@imab4bsh @gmaze I plan to release the next version of the Argo QC Manual around Feb/March 2022, and have already started collecting material that needs to be added. So you can send me the euroargodev list anytime it's ready. Thanks!
Would it be possible to list all the possible QC software and their "scope" ?
From the ADMT webpage, we can list:
