Only updating the algorithm related to protocol 60. I still have to check the others, in another branch later...

gaitCycle.yml is new? There was no problem when more output files than pis are generated while the extension was not .yml. If there was a yaml not following the format of an output file the pi_manager was complaining and broke. I have changed this behaviour.

Tested locally and it works. Waiting for Altran to solve the issues with the DB to upload to the platform

If I remember well gaitCycle.yaml is indeed not a PI per, but the emg protocol needs that information to be executed. This is why they generated this information from there...
