When carded players are recorded, they should appear as icons under the team name for the fixture. e.g.

10:14 [Press start]

[crest] Paris Rovers         #-##
   [10]! [2]

[crest] Wroclaw Wanderers    #-##

[ PRESS START ] [ MORE CARD INFO ]

More card info should show the player name in case the ref suspects players have changed shirts.
Red cards should show up all day. That player is out of the tournament.
2 consecutive yellow or black cards show as a temporary one-match ban.
