additional properties for features #15

For some features, it would be good to add additional properties in the skeleton file and on the graph. For the moment I identified two of these, there might be more:

AirportHeliport - add type
OrganisationAuthority - add type
RunwayCentrelinePoint - add role
Unit - add name

I can update those two features. Should I wait in case there are more though?
