S-5p CO data #1282

Data from https://maps.s5p-pal.com/co/ is currently being directly accessed through their WMS. This WMS endpoint has changed in the past, and it is not possible to retrieve information on available dates. One possible solution to address this would be to mirror the data on EDC. Options of self hosting the data should be considered/discussed.
