NUTS regions break when turning on comparison mode #2049

In the GTIF branch, navigate to the Explore Tool and open the PM10 indicator. Enable the comparison slider and the highlighted areas in the map suddenly break and there is no dark area at all anymore.

AQA, AQB, AQC already have compare working properly, selecting data property also works but still a minor issue with data property selection not being reflected on compare (left) tab

translation in X dimension on retina displays is fixed

AQ5 layer is a special visualisation and can not be fixed from our end (deep rooted WebGL not rerendering properly problem also visible when panning map with Geotiffs)
