New Mobility data product to be generated #2130

SISTEMA will provide additionally new daily mobility data aggregated on same grid as NO2 S5p (~4x4km) It is possible in the future that aggragation will happen on Zählsprengel level. Grid is being defined - once final decision is made product will be generated and delivered. @sistemagmbh

Aggregated data has been provided and integrated into client, current work being done in branch. Additional work for selection of bins has to be done, will be tracked in separate issue
