Update report generation script #2247

Take into account feedback from Sara into report generation:

When setting the constraints , if the range starts at 0, it will be described as (example): Wind power: xxx W/m2, instead of Wind power from xxx to xxx W/m2.
Above the second figure make sure square meters of filtered area are disaplayed
Check for typos reported

A few more elements for the create report todo list:

[ ] count and report on detected wind turbines in a given admin unit
[ ] show temporal profiles of monthly WPD in as one additional graph

Hello @patrick-griffiths just to clarify, where should the new information be added in the report? Initially you wanted to make sure the report is only one page, should we try to fit the new information into the same page?

New information was sent about possible report updates, waiting for clarifications
