GTIF AT - Exposure of recent orthoimagery #2343

As discussed with @patrick-griffiths, EODC would like to integrate the following collections from the STAC: https://stac.eodc.eu/api/v1/collections

In the assets of these collections are GTiffs and for exposure to GTIF ideal COGs (i.e. Cloud-optimised GeoTIFF-Image - _8BIT_JPEG compressed ) which should be rendered into the GTIF AT interface.

Collection names will change in the upcoming months but we would appreciate a first introduction. @patrick-griffiths could you please indicate where these layers should be integrated?

Depends a bit how we finally call the different groups of data products, but these would be in the reference/ancillary dataset group of layers. They would support cities and energy domains for now...

Should be added mainly for Green Roofs; Solar Roofs, Wind Turbines layers
