Added Polar stereographic map from sx-cat to all antarctic and arctic indicators in trilateral

new terrain light layer replaces the original EPSG:3857 terrain light for N12 and ADD indicators, the default baselayers is kept as is (WMS from 4D Antarctica for ADD)
