Add GFM service layers #2396

Open bschumac opened 9 months ago

As discussed with @patrick-griffiths , EODC would like to add the following GFM layers for GTIF Austria:

WMS can be found hereDocumentation here)

@patrick-griffiths could you please indicate where these layers should be integrated?

@bschumac @lubojr as discussed in our last EODC-GTIF progress meeting, there is not much value in these individual products (as its a global monitoring service). Rather the temporal aggregations for AT should be integrated into GTIF, and the latter still needs to be created in openEO as part of the flood risk use case (ongoing, to be completed by end of year).

@Patrick1G the UDP for aggregation has been integrated. Please note that you have to select at the very last step the "batch job" option and delete the default name for the batch job. EODC has no influence on the editor development therefore we cannot change this.

The UDP is available through the web editor targeting our backend: here

I will be providing a screen recording next week.

@santilland it would be nice to offer dynamic aggregation of the GFM layers in GTIF, following the openEO UDP example that is linked above and below.. https://docs.openeo.cloud/usecases/gfm/
