GTIF styling and other issues

• [x] Legend not displayed on any indicator - probably update of LayerControl broke that

• [x] S2GLC remove from baselayers
• [ ] ~number of active layers could be displayed at Panel Header of Layers (to circumvent need for programmatical opening of layers panel)~

@lubojr @silvester-pari Detailed info about layers Info icon shall be added close to each layer in layer panel (left), opening information in the Information Panel (right) with a sub-panels approach, as shown in the following image:

This approach will allow to have the Tool-related information always accessible, differentiated by being in a different sub-panel with a different background color. When clicking on the layer info icon in the layers panel, the layer detailed information appears (opens) in the Information panel, while the other two (tool-related) sub-panels collapse (not disappear). When clicking on the info icon for a different layer, the detailed information about the layer is replaced in the relevant sub-panel.
