Energy: wind turbines, detailed description lost #2422

Before switching to the new UI, the wind turbine detection had an elaborate description. Not this information is lost, and limited to the small text block below.

Could we please restore this? The previous info was linked to the i (information) button...

We have replaced all the content from the old markdowns with the ones provided by @mariangela-cataldo and @FranLeonelli in an Excel sheet directly before BIDs as part of the UI restructuring as instructed. The ones provided by @mariangela-cataldo are high level descriptions, they should complement but not replace the detailed summaries, which are crucial to build trust in the offered capabilities... This is very important. Please restore accordingly... Thanks!

@mariangela-cataldo @FranLeonelli Could you please take over this change of the shown markdown texts? We do not know which are to be changed and which not, we have just replaced the texts based on your feedback before BIDs.

Currently shown markdowns can be found in https://github.com/eurodatacube/eodash-assets/tree/main/collections while the previous version can be still seen on https://github.com/eurodatacube/eodash/tree/staging/app/public/data/gtif/markdown
