The orthofoto layer is not for the same time period as the sustainable cities tools creating a mismatch. As a second step we need to review if we can add a warning when enabling this layer only when within these specific tools.
The mismatch issue might be resolved if a new composite austrian level orthofoto layer becomes available. Current discussion under https://github.com/eurodatacube/eodash/issues/2343
