Handling of mailing list migration #2560

EOX's solution will no longer be used. We need to consider what steps need to be taken to migrate to ESA's new service.

Currently used by:

Custom dashboard functionality (sending of emails in relation to created dashboards)
Registration to mailing list ("Get our newsletter")

In order to migrate we need following information:

Migration of existing subscribers
API description of new endpoint
- auth integration
- user creation/deletion
