make qt4 branch link to commit in github repository. #284

Please, make core/3rdparty/q-xdg submodule on the qt4 branch link to a specified commit on your GitHub's repository rather that the gitorious one. This is essential for gentoo build system because as I can see it can't correctly handle it. So it tries to build with qt5 version of q-xdg.
