Please, make a release #400

Program releasing helps to maintain it in distribution repository. Please, make a next release.

It's not like we don't want to make a release but you can't just "make" it.

Currently qutIM doesn't even have webkit chat (most powerful feature), because it was never ported to QWebEngine after QtWebkit death (you still can build it tho).
