Bunch of UI fixes #264

Addresses #263, cannot really validate, this post suggests that resolution is the issue.

Addresses #257, the announcement view is refactored to conform to other screens and support images.

Addresses #249, about screen was scrolling because an out of view web view (markdown view) was loading content and requesting focus.
