menu navigation #278

every first level page in the menu has a burger menu icon at the top left corner except the login details and settings page. for those two pages the system back button has to be used to get back to other pages. consider adding a menu or back button for these pages as well

has been fixed in the nav revamp, somewhere in the last few months
