feature: Artist Alley registration #147

Create ZOD schema for artist alley form.
Create artist alley reg form.
Create an image picker managed input.
Update managed rating and text input for fixes.
Update main menu and pager for new menu entry, add artist alley indicator.
Add nav entry to navigation provider.
Add "notice" toast type.
Fix an i18n issue with default values.
Add translations necessary for new components.
Add artist alley route.
Fix an issue in event feedback route.
Reverse toasts in areas and index router, add artist alley route to index.
Update services, add artist alley APIs.
Add type for own registration.
Add HTTP status text utility. QueryFN is a bit tricky in that way.
Add plugin for image picker.
Add packages, update lockfile.
