Added field lebenshaltungskostenMonatlich to haushalt.zusatzangaben which can be use to set the costs of living for all product provides (formerly done by using the field lebenshaltungskostenMonatlich at haushalt.zusatzangaben.dsl)

updated Produktanbieter-IDs to version 1.1075
