Hello Jerry. In this PR I am contributing the following things to Europa-Lang:

A stdlib function (io.exit) for killing the program.
A stdlib function (clock.fmt) for formatting values returned by clock.now.
Support for multiplying strings by numbers, similar to how Python does it.
README Formatting (VSCode was not happy about the missing newlines after headers)
