[DMF] Mode of Learning cardinality #26

The Mode of Learning property is present twice in the model, once in Learning Specification (line 42) with a 0 to many values cardinality ( ) and once in Learning Activity Specification (line 81) with a 0 to 1 value cardinality (0..1). These should be harmonised, applying ( ) cardinality in both places.
