[EDC-Constraints SHACL] Add minCount 1 to awardedBy for Claim Sublcasses #61

Organisation - EDC team

All of the Claim Subclasses should have minCount 1 for the "awardedBy" Property. Claim does have a minCount 1 constraint but it is an abstract class that will actually never be created.
