[JSON-LD Credential Sample] add "AwardedBy" field to hasClaim #62

As per issue https://github.com/european-commission-empl/European-Learning-Model/issues/61 awardedBy is now mandatory, please update the credential sample for it to be valid by adding the "awardedBy" property where needed
