Support for automatic creation creation of demo dataset #3

The csv files for building the evaluation dataset must be automatically computed. This will use the difinitions of the evaluation dataset n Basecamp: https://www.assembla.com/spaces/europeana-creative/wiki/Image_Retrieval_Datasets

beside the computation of the thumbnail urls the image files must be also downloaded automatically.

submitted test classes for selecting images, indexing and searching the demo(=evaluation) dataset
