Hi, I'm one of the reviewers! In atugores#1, I did a language review & edit of the first few paragraphs and I think the paper will need a lot of language editing if it is to be acceptable. @atugores, do you have access to a good English speaking copy editor or should I try to find someone here in the US to help out?

Note that the content of the paper looks good.

In fact we uploaded a draft, and started the editing a couple of weeks ago with a English speaking editor who helps us. We will upload the changes as soon as possible.
