Hi Davide,
Thank you for your submission! Please consider fixing the encoding (see https://github.com/u0078867/euroscipy_proceedings/pull/1 ).
Your submission is already considered submitted properly though, no problem with that :-)
Hi, I will review the paper. I am not a specialist in this field, but I am interested in biomechanics and similar disciplines where such data are needed.
Hi,
Perfect, thanks!
Davide
I did a review. Very interesting topic and clearly explained. I would love to see some validation of the method, but I understand this is still early days. Apart from the nitpicking I am happy :)
Thanks Almar! Yes, we are still in the eraly stage of this PhD project, but we are committed in improving protocol, algorithms and code as well of course :)
One small tip in general: you could stress the benefit of your method a bit more: cost effective and safe - MRI is very expensive and CT radiation is a big issue.
Will do, thanks for the tip!
I did my review - it is a very interesting paper and approach. Besides the typos and details mentioned above, and Almar's recommendations, I have a few comments:
Perfect Robert, thanks a lot for you review and tips as well! Will adjust the file in the coming days and commit.
Ok, upgraded with your comments.
Dear @almarklein and @rc , thank you for your reviews.
As Davide @u0078867 has updated the manuscript, may you confirm that the updates address satisfactorily your reviews?
Thanks, Pierre
LGTM
Thanks @u0078867 for the updates. Besides the few comments I had to the commit there is one more detail. Cite, please, the figures, instead of, for example
i.e. convex hull (:ref:`convhull`) ...
by
i.e. convex hull, see Figure :ref:`convhull`, ...
IMHO by (number)
one usually references the equations. @pdebuyl, should the figures be referenced by Fig. or Figure or?
Otherwise OK!
Cheers, r.
Starting a sentence:
Figure :ref:`figref` is pretty.
In a sentence:
As seen in Fig. :ref:`figref`, etc.
Upgraded with your suggestions
Looks good to me! The following are just extremely nit-picking notes, that you can ignore :):
Hi,
Davide
Thanks, no more comments :)
Thanks all, the review for this paper is considered over. I will check the layout across all papers before merging, though.
Pierre
