Extending social event page to networking page #77

@alexsavio I saw that changing the name of the section "Social event" to "Networking" it does fit in the menu bar in a single line.

I did that, and added a section about pintxos and about the telegram group, and couple of images to the page.

Let me know how does this sound, if you prefer to have a separate page for the social event I'm happy with that too, but I thought this could make sense.

I forgot to mention, I also changed the names of the two social events, to Tutorials/Talks social events, instead of 1 and 2, I think it should make things less ambiguous, but feel free to disagree.
