Mobile layout is broken #90

Just as a general tracking ticket, the app is not usable on mobile. At least list, show, and join should work.

Working on the display of activities form (edit/create) on mobile now, PR hopefully soon.

I've just started to work on this, continuing the work started pairing with @til in eurucamp 2015 (PR https://github.com/eurucamp/eurucamp-activities/pull/163). Related with issue #71
