Rubymanor vestibule has already implemented this. I reviewed the code and most of it's ok but:

We have a slightly different process
I'm not sure we are code compatible anymore with upstream

This is bigger than it seems if you take into account the test suite :) It should be ready today at least for the first 3 phases and we see how it goes from there.

Notifications

Remove 'Other attendees are wondering what you hope to get out of EuRuKo 2013. Tell them now.'
Add a 'Prepare your speaker profile for the next phase!' for proposal authors
