Proposal should show how many comments they have #20

Proposal in the first page should also show how many comments / suggestions and upvotes / downvotes they have in order to promote and ignite user engagement.

I'm not sure about it. I'm also thinking of way to increase engagement but showing a raw number is not the way to do it I believe.

Closing with currently implemented functionality. This is:

Authors see votes and suggestions
General public sees suggestions

It's easy to allow general public to see votes but I'm against the idea to avoid biasing in phase 1. During phase 2 we can consider to enable it.
