Ability to share own selection list in social networks #44

How would I implement this:

  1. Show the active selections on the user profile page or at a separate with proper titles, facebook meta, google+ meta, etc
  2. Add social buttons in the "Your selections" container that will point to the user profile page or the custom one

What's left for this to go live is to allow a user to make the selection list private, or be private by default and be public after explicit set.
