Selected talks list: Not completely visible, not scrollable

Scenario: View CFP page http://cfp.euruko2013.org/dashboard with a not too large window (maybe you're on a tablet or 11″ MacBook Air or similar).

Preparing the situation

1. Goto http://cfp.euruko2013.org/ using a browser window that's not too large. (I used Window size (in pixels): H = 768, W = 1366 on my 11″ MB Air)
2. Sign in (unless you're already signed in) (I used Twitter to sign in)
3. Click "Define EuRuKo 2013 lineup!"
4. Notice the complete list of talks on the left hand side and the list of talks you'd like to see on the right. Notice also, that the page is not entirely scrolled to the top.

   Actual behavior

If you now scroll down the left list moves, while the 'Your selections' list is fixed to the top of the window. (see screenshot)

Expected behaviour

It should be possible to display the whole list. I understand that some part of the list must always be in view, in order to be able to drag elements from the proposal list over to the selection.

Suggestions

• The selected list could be a little bit smaller, to make it fit. This won't fix the issue for even smaller displays like a smartphone browser.
• Depending on the position of the main part of the page (i.e. the proposed talks list), the user selection could be scrolled up and down in a 'scaled down way' (by which I mean it does scroll, but to a limited amount).

  Remarks

• This happens in Safari, Firefox & Chrome as well as on the iPad.
• If I scroll the page up and down (by a one finger swipe) on the iPad while it's still loading, then the 'Your selections' list scrolls 'fixed' with the rest of the page.

Don't know whether, you already deployed… The finalists list is now readable and not covered by the 'Your selections' list, but the 'Non finalists' list is still covered by 'Your selections'. The 'Your selections' list is still cut off at the bottom and can't be scrolled into view entirely.

Should be ok now. Just deployed (sorry for the delay for it's Easter and it's almost crazy trying to work while everyone else is gathered to eat etc... :D)
