Add the ability to start a chat with non-roster items #57

It would be nice (and desirable feature) to chat with people that are not
in the roster (probably using the chat menu in the ui). That will help to
test emite demo (login with test1 and chat with her or his gmail account,
for example...)

This is easy to implement but, I think is very confusing for normal people.

Which text to put in the menu?
"Chat with a person not in your buddies list?"
"Chat with other person?"
"Chat with other person with jabber account?"

gmail permits this? if yes, how they explain to the end user such functionality?

If we don't find a easy way to explain this, maybe this can be a a testing ui
extension ...

Fixed, just commited as a testing UI module.

Add/remove the module OpenChatTestingModule in EmiteUIModule (only for testing 
purposes).
