Header Margins are Incorrect #4

Paragraphs have a .5em margin around .9em text.

Headers should have the equivalent, with the exception of H1.

Header Margin = ( Paragraph Margin / Paragraph Font-Size ) * Header Font-Size HM = ( .5 / .9 ) * HF HM = HF * 0.55555...
