UI/UX improvements

This issue will be used to track UI/UX problems for the bot

General interface

• Button icons are small (wontfix)
• [x] Start game button should be available only to the user that created the game
• [x] Edit messages after callback to simplify and improve user experience (#14)
• [x] When waiting for players to join, display who's joined
• [x] Allow message passing between users

Briscola

• [ ] Duplicate statuses are sent

Beccaccino

• [ ] Cards should be sorted
• [ ] When a player chooses a card, then the whole status should not be sent

These issues concern the game of Briscola.

• [x] During the game, the list of users currently playing starts counting from 1 (i.e. Team 1: Alice, Team 2: Bob, ...) while the scoreboard starts counting from 0 (i.e. Team 0: 52 punti, Team 1: 68 punti, ...).

• [ ] It would be nice to know the number of remaining rounds or the number of cards still in the main deck: this would help choosing which cards should be played. Moreover it would give a more detailed picture of the game progress and actual state.
