Migration guide from v1 to v2 needed #735

Problem:

Tried to migrate from v1 to v2 and it broke all my modals. But it didn't trigger any compilation, lint or browser console errors.

I simply have no time to dig really deep into the code so I just decided to roll back to v1.

I would greatly appreciate if you added a migration guide to the docs.

I have checked stackoverflow for solutions and 100% sure that this issue is not not related to my code.
