Vue3 support #250

I see that this library has peerDependency vue 2. I would like to use this library with a Vue3 project. Theoretically Vue3 is backwards compatible with Vue2.

Was this library tested with Vue3? Maybe we can change the peer depedency to support Vue3 too?
