Hi,

This project was first introduced in this preprint https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.03.19.436162v1.

There is a peer-reviewed publication associated with this preprint https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-022-29744-0, but we did not include Constrained KMeans in the final paper (although we may add it later to our tool named Cellar). You can cite either source.
