Breaking changes in 3.16.1-8-ev3dev kernel #29

FYI, I have release the 3.16.1-8-ev3dev kernel which includes many renames. Changelog.

Also, I would highly recommend adding the lego-port class to the next iteration of the spec.

I will look over the docs/changelog and update our spec as necessary. That port class also looks like an easy addition, so we will probably be adding that as well.

I think we should work towards a v0.9.2 release for our next cycle. There are a bunch of little things (these updates, including documentation additions, transitioning things to autogen, etc.) that I'd like to bundle up and release in a single batch before we move towards anything large like adding extra sensors. @fdetro Does that sound good?
