Added Warning for unauthorised use of RoVer Plus #274

This can be useful to help detect people using RoVer without permission if they obtained it without being Patreon Tier 2 or Tier 3.

I can assure you that the console is never read unless there is a problem. Also, we don't really care if RoVer Plus is in a server and not being used - we can mass-leave servers that aren't premium if we wanted to.
